Every product we carry is backed by a warranty from its manufacturer. Below you'll find the details for each brand. If you have a question about coverage or need to start a claim, reach out directly — we'll handle the legwork with the manufacturer on your behalf.
RUFFLAND KENNELS
RuffLand Kennels — Limited Lifetime Warranty
RuffLand backs their roto-molded products with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase. Products must be purchased through an authorized dealer — which we are.
All other RuffLand products carry a 30-day limited warranty.

What’s Not Covered?
While Ruff Land kennels are built to handle the toughest conditions, some things are outside of warranty coverage.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal pet wear and tear
(chewing, scratching, digging)
Accidental damage
(vehicle accidents, drops, impact damage)
Misuse or improper installation of accessories
(incorrect assembly, modification, use of non-compatible parts)
Exposure to extreme weather conditions
(prolonged sun exposure, freezing temperatures, excessive moisture)
THULE PET
Thule Pet — Manufacturer's Warranty
Thule warrants their products against defects in materials and workmanship. For specific warranty duration and terms on Thule pet products, please contact us directly — warranty coverage varies by product and we want to make sure we give you accurate information for what you purchased.
Note: Assembly and mounting of Thule products are the responsibility of the installer. Damage resulting from improper installation is not covered.
How to file a claim:

Contact us within 20 business days of identifying the issue

Include your proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect

Do not ship the product back without contacting us first — a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required before any return can be accepted

We'll coordinate with Thule and keep you updated throughout the process
ALL OTHER ACCESSORIES
Other Accessories — 30-Day Limited Warranty
Non-branded accessories sold through A Dog's Life Inc. are covered for 30 days from delivery against defects or damage on arrival. If something shows up broken or defective, contact us within 30 days with your proof of purchase and photos and we'll arrange a return or replacement.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, pet damage, or improper use.
